Save It For The Morning After

The preppy look is something that will never go out of style because it's such a classic. When I think 'preppy', I think of rich kids from the Hamptons who go to Ivy League schools and sail on their own private yachts during the summer if they're not too busy playing polo.

Their overall look is always clean, polished, and minimalist with a classic silhouette. Here's my version of a typical preppy outfit:

As you can see, it's quite a simple look yet very sophisticated. I chose to wear basic pieces, all of which are crucial to creating that 'preppy' vibe: a buton-down shirt, basic cardigan, white jeans, and of course, a pearl necklace. Don't I look ready for the Hamptons? :)
