My Feet Are Ready For Summer!

It's no secret that the weather has been annoyingly and unbearably hot here in the Philippines for the past few days. In fact, if I could only go out wearing nothing at all, I swear I would! Any form of clothing, no matter how sheer the material is, is simply too uncomfortable for me lol.

So while I was getting out all of my tank tops, shorts, and sheer outerwear to keep me company while this crazy heat lasts, I realized I didn't really have a lot of open sandals that I could wear during the summer. My boots and oxfords are obviously a no-go, so I knew I had to go out and buy some new footwear to save my feet from being tortured in this hot temperature. But then I thought . . . Why go out when I can just shop right here from my bedroom? So I went to Dressale.com and browsed their selections. Here are my top favorites!

In order, from top-left (clockwise):

1) Elegant Open-Toe Sandals W/ Metal Chain
Okay, so this probably will come as to no surprise to any of you. This is so "me". The chain detail was enough to catch my attention. Plus, it's my favorite color combo: black & gold!

2) Ravishing Open-Toe "Firewings" Sandals
The detail on this one is quite unique, isn't it? It kind of reminds me of the Greek God "Hermes" and his famous winged shoes lol. I think this would be such a fun item to have and wear during the summer.

3) Modern Open-Toe Sandals W/ Buckle
If I'm going to go ahead and purchase new shoes, this would be a great choice simply because it comes in such a bright and bold shade of yellow! Most of my shoes are black, which I admit is quite boring, so I'm ready to add some color to my shoe wardrobe! Plus, it's studded/spiked, and that's always a bonus!

4) Fun-Loving Flip-Flop Sandals
Again, I love the color of this one. I can already see myself wearing these with a monochrome ensemble. It's perfect for a casual day out, don't you think?
