I Can Hear The Sirens

Today I'm featuring this lovely top from Dressale. I'm very picky when it comes to clothes because I prefer quality over quantity. I don't need my clothes to be expensive (trust me, I love a bargain sale as much as the next person) but I do need them to last long. Versatility is very important to me too.

That's why this simple tie-around striped top has instantly become a favorite of mine! The quality is great and I can pair it with so many pieces that I already have in my closet -- I can put a denim jacket on top of it for a casual look, or perhaps pair it with my favorite blazer for a street chic vibe. Today, I wore it by itself because it was another scorching hot day, and the weather just wouldn't permit me to do any layering for fear of me dying from a heat stroke lol.

If you're going to wear a simple top such as this one, accessorizing can really do wonders. Just adding a statement necklace really elevates the look into something a little more sophisticated.
