I'm Loving These Reoccurring Trends!

It's no secret that trends come and go, and most of the time they'll come back at one point or another. That is the one consistent thing about fashion and personally I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the vintage styles that have resurfaced over the years. From high-waist straight-legged jeans to fanny packs, it has been proven that trenss do indeed come full circle.

Today, however, I will be talking about footwear. In recent weeks we have seen another old trend see the light of day: gladiator sandals.

Yes, that's right. Our favorite sandals from circa 2010 are making a come back in a huge way. This fashionable take on the Gladiator's footwear is extremely versatile. Of course, they are perfect for casual days to the mall, but comtrary to what other people think, they can actually be worn on more formal occasions as well. Go the edgy route and pair them with a nice simple dress and see for yourself!

On another note, another trend that is making its comeback is the closed toe sandals. To be honest, I don't think that these will ever truly go away. They can be worn with absolutely anything: jeans, skirts, casual dresses, you name it! I must say that these are definitely a staple and should be included in everyone's wardrobe. Trust me, it's a fashion crime not to.

I think that great thing about fashion is that you can always switch it up and have fun with it. If you didn't try the gladiator trend the first time around, now's your chance to give it a whirl.
