Alabang Town Center: "A SPECIAL PROJECT"

To all of you who live in the southern part of Metro Manila, I'm sure you've all been to the popular shopping destination Alabang Town Center. Maybe some of you who live nearby even go there every other day because it's a nice place to spend time with your friends and family. But let's forget about the shopping, the cinema, the arcade, and the restaurants for now. Instead, let's focus on some of the people that I regret to admit we probably take for granted each time we're there. Yes, that's right, I'm talking about the cashiers, the security guards, the waiters, and even the people working at the concierge. They do so much for us to enhance our experience at the mall, but have we ever done anything to give back to them? Well, now you can!

ATC has started a special project and I urge all of us to participate in it. Here are the details given in a short message taken from their official Facebook page:

"To our dear community, we would like to invite you to join a very special project to honor special people that you encounter every time you visit ATC. You may not always notice them, but they are the people that make ATC work. They take your order, they assist with your shopping, they point you in the right direction, and they do their part to make your visit a pleasant one.

This is why starting now, we want to put the spotlight on the ates and kuyas who go the extra mile to give you outstanding service, and we need your help to give them the recognition they deserve!

How to join:

1. Any time a customer service representative anywhere in ATC (shop assistants, waiters, guards, cashiers, etc.) goes the extra mile to help make your visit a great one, take note of their name and the store they work for.

2. Send us a message here on Facebook with your story and the name of the person you would like us to feature.

3. We will find the customer service representative for you and reward them with free cinema passes. For sharing your story, you will receive one too!

4. Your story will be shared here on Facebook for everyone to appreciate the hard work your nominee deserves!

We will feature one story a week. The featured story wins the passes for both you and your nominee so make it count! Challenge accepted, Southies?"
